After an order is placed, our sales representative will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm order details before dispatch.

4. Product Responsibility

All products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, we are not responsible for any issues related to size, color difference, or fitting preferences after delivery.

5. Delivery and Loss Disclaimer

In case of snatching, theft, or loss during delivery, we are not responsible once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company.
